Last night Olympia Councilmember Joe Hyer was arrested by the Thurston County Narcotics Task Force for allegedly selling marijuana, which is a potential felony act. It is my understanding that he was released from jail after posting bail and that the Thurston County Prosecutor will determine whether or not to file charges.... Read More »
